Once your registration is complete, you will receive both directions and a map to access camp.  If there is enough interest, a bus will be available to shuttle campers from Toronto airport.

Communication is key at Connection Camp!  Parents and caregivers are welcome to email camp staff, or call the camp phone number at any time.  An on-call schedule with contact information will be shared in advance of camp, for this purpose.

Please contact us at the form below before June 1 to request a refund for any reason.  Please note that the deposit for camp is non-refundable.

During the entire week at camp, there will be a minimum of 8 First Aid-certified adult staff and volunteers on-site at all times. Two adults will be monitoring cabins each night after lights out.

All adult staff and volunteers at camp have completed a mandatory police criminal record check to ensure that they are both qualified and appropriate to work with vulnerable populations, including teens.

We practice acceptance and foster a sense of belonging because we welcome all teenagers regardless of their background, identity, or lived experience. There is no room at camp for bullying behaviours of any kind.

Many of the activities at camp do require participants to have a high level of mobility (ie. hiking, running, games involving hand-eye-coordination) and verbal communication skills.

Please be aware that this is a nut free facility.

Our certified chefs are ready to prepare 3 meals per day for all Campers, with options to accommodate dietary restrictions. Meat options for those who want them are guaranteed for at least one meal per day.

There will also be a snack bar available at all times, which includes fruit, breads, proteins, and tea. Campers are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle.

To ensure the safety of all campers, especially those most vulnerable to discrimination based on sex and gender identity, we have included a bunk designation form in the registration package. This process allows campers to have a direct say in their comfort at our overnight camp, and enables staff to match campers with the best possible cabin mates.

While many of our staff and campers identify as 2LGBTIQIA+, everyone at camp experiences completely unique sex and gender identities. At Connection Camp, we celebrate diversity and inclusivity because ALL teens are welcome!

Our goal is to encourage campers to be fully present in the camp experience while ensuring guardians have peace of mind.

As part of the registration process, your child can request to share a cabin with a friend; however, staff cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Youth participants will rotate through several different groupings at camp, so there’s plenty of time to hang out with friends - and even make new ones!

While all of our staff are certified in Mental Health First Aid for Youth and have experience supporting youth to have good mental health, this is not a therapy camp. The resources, tools, and skills shared in camp activities are not intended as substitutes for mental health therapy.

It is our sincere wish that all campers who start this incredible week with us, can also stay until the last campfire.

However, to uphold our camp values and ensure everyone’s safety at camp, there are certain behaviours that will automatically disqualify campers from continuing to participate in the program. These behaviours are outlined in more detail in the Camper Code of Conduct which you will receive as part of your registration package, and include, but are not limited to: any form of child abuse (physical, mental, emotional, sexual); violence towards staff or volunteers; possession or use of weapons; intentional discrimination or encouraging others to hate or bully an individual or group; harassment; possession or use of prohibited substances under the law (including alcohol and cannabis), or misuse of prescribed drugs; illegal acts or the possession of illegal items; helping someone to do any of the above.
